Paradise for art lovers, Enumclaw offers something for all tastes – instrumental, vocal, theater, dance and visual. Start downtown at the library for the city’s showcase piece -“The Logging Legacy.” Created by local artist Dan Snider, the world-class, bronze sculpture is a memorial to the Northwest logging industry and Enumclaw’s roots. The downtown corridor is dotted with sculptures, as well as a mural series, and two galleries – Arts Alive! Gallery and City Hall Gallery. The Gateway Concert Band performs free summer concerts in the park [they move inside during the winter). Downtown establishments host live music performances too. When it’s not opening the hottest films, the historic Chalet Theatre offers live music, stand-up comedy and more.

Big name concerts are seven miles away at the White River Amphitheatre.

The award-winning high school drama department performs regularly at the theater on campus, and the local ballet company’s annual holiday performance of ‘The Nutcracker”enchants sold out audiences.
